Format
Online learning and remote practical activity
Time commitment
This self-paced online course takes approximately 8 hours and can be completed at your own pace.
How it works
The course is designed to fit around your schedule while giving you practical experience leading real runners.
You’ll complete four online learning modules and a virtual classroom session before leading and filming two short running activities with a mixed-ability group, supervised by a qualified Athletics Run Leader or Coach. A course Tutor will provide feedback on your filmed sessions to aid reflection and personal development.
